Summary

This study tests a new HIV drug called fostemsavir in children and teens (ages 6 to 17) whose current HIV medicines are no longer working because the virus has become resistant. The drug is given along with other tailored HIV medicines. The goal is to see if it is safe and can lower the amount of virus in the blood. About 60 participants will take part.
