Summary

This study is testing a new blood test called AlloHeme that looks for tiny traces of a patient's own cells after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the test can predict whether leukemia or MDS will come back before it happens. About 400 adults who have had or will have a stem cell transplant for AML, MDS, or CMML will take part. The study does not provide treatment, but aims to improve how doctors monitor for relapse.
