Your slouch could be sabotaging your knees
NCT ID NCT07439588
Summary
This study investigated whether forward head posture (slouching your head forward) affects how well your knees sense their position and your overall balance. Researchers compared 70 adults with and without forward head posture to see if neck alignment influences lower body stability. The findings could help physical therapists understand if correcting head posture might benefit people with knee problems or balance issues.
