Could a simple foot soak be the key to taming PMS?

NCT ID NCT07461051

Summary

This study tested whether a simple, daily warm footbath could help reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Researchers worked with 92 young women who had PMS. One group soaked their feet in warm water daily for a week before their period for three months, while another group received no special treatment, to compare the effects on symptoms, pain, and quality of life.
