Kickstarting health: can soccer games get inactive teens moving?
NCT ID NCT07490249
Summary
This study is testing whether a fun, 12-week recreational football (soccer) program can help get inactive teenage boys more physically active. Researchers will compare 40 boys aged 10-13 who either join the twice-weekly football sessions or continue their usual routines. The goal is to see if the game-based program improves their fitness, motivation, and overall health.
