NCT ID NCT07182201

Summary

This study is testing whether a specific foot muscle training program can reduce pain and improve walking for people with chronic plantar fasciitis (long-term heel pain). Researchers will measure participants' pain levels, big toe movement, and walking patterns before and after the training. The goal is to see if strengthening foot muscles is an effective way to manage this painful condition.
