NCT ID NCT07384754
First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether different ways to strengthen feet can improve balance, walking, and reduce fall risk in healthy adults aged 45 to 85. Participants will either wear minimalist shoes, do foot exercises, use a foot-strengthening device called ToePro, or receive no special treatment for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure foot strength, balance, and walking ability before and after the program to see which approach works best.
