Can these Hands-Free shoes ease your foot pain?

Summary
This study is testing whether OrthoFeet HandsFree therapeutic shoes with inserts can reduce foot pain and pressure better than people's regular shoes. Researchers will measure pain levels, walking pressure, and quality of life in 50 adults with foot pain over 6 weeks. The goal is to see if these special shoes provide meaningful relief for common foot discomfort.
