Summary
This study looked at whether training the small muscles in the foot can help people with flat feet (pes planus). 66 adults aged 20 to 45 with flat feet took part. Researchers measured pain, balance, and foot function before and after the training. The goal was to see if these exercises could reduce pain and improve daily movement.
