Summary

This study tests whether a simple 10-minute foot massage at home using Brahmi-Gotu kola oil can improve sleep and mood in women ages 40 to 55 going through perimenopause. Thirty women will massage their feet nightly for two weeks and track their sleep. The goal is to see if this easy routine offers a natural way to feel better during this life stage.
