Summary

This study tests whether a simple 10-minute nightly foot massage using Brahmi-Gotu kola oil can improve sleep and mood in perimenopausal women aged 40 to 55. Thirty participants will massage their feet at home for two weeks, tracking sleep and completing mood questionnaires. The study compares the herbal oil to plain sesame oil to see if it offers extra benefits.
