Summary

This study tested whether two different types of foot exercises could help teenagers with flat feet. Thirty-two teens were split into two groups, each doing a different 15-minute exercise routine twice a week for eight weeks. Researchers measured their pain, balance, walking, and leg strength before and after to see which exercises worked better.
