Summary

This study tested whether a specific foot and ankle exercise program could help reduce pain and improve quality of life for people with painful diabetic neuropathy. It involved 100 adults with Type 2 diabetes and long-term nerve pain. Researchers compared pain and life quality scores between a group that did the exercises and a group that did not over 8 weeks.
