Simple foot soak may ease chemotherapy exhaustion for kids
NCT ID NCT06529484
Summary
This study tested whether a simple, warm foot bath could help reduce the severe fatigue that many children experience after chemotherapy for cancer. Researchers enrolled 60 children aged 7-12 with advanced lymphoma and compared those who received the foot bath treatment to those who did not. The goal was to see if this non-drug method could improve quality of life by easing a common and debilitating side effect of cancer treatment.
