Mind over pain: can mental exercises ease arthritis?

NCT ID NCT07417436

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a mental training technique called 'graded motor imagery' to a standard exercise program helps people with foot or ankle osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare two groups: one doing exercises alone and another doing exercises plus the mental training. The goal is to see if this combination better reduces pain and improves walking and daily function.
