Summary
This study looks at why some young adults find it easy or hard to swap red meat for fish or plant-based foods. Researchers will track 30 participants' eating habits, health markers like blood pressure and cholesterol, and personal experiences over several weeks. The goal is to learn how to make healthier and more sustainable food choices easier for individuals.
