Can monthly food boxes end hunger pangs?
NCT ID NCT07220291
Summary
This study aims to see if providing monthly food support to households that struggle with food insecurity makes them more food secure. Researchers will enroll 45 adults from specific Alaska Native communities who report needing food help. They will compare households that receive monthly food deliveries for three months to those that do not, checking changes in hunger levels, stress, diet variety, and overall wellness.
