Can a daily pill ease monthly PMS misery?
NCT ID NCT07013539
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific food supplement can help reduce the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), such as mood changes, bloating, and cramps. It involves 110 healthy women with mild to moderate PMS who will take either the supplement or a placebo pill daily for three menstrual cycles. Researchers will track symptom changes using questionnaires to see if the supplement provides meaningful relief compared to the placebo.
