Summary

This study looks at whether the order you eat your food—protein first, then carbs—can lower blood sugar spikes in women with gestational diabetes. Thirty-five pregnant women will eat two identical breakfasts in different orders and have their blood sugar, hormones, and hunger levels measured. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to manage blood sugar during pregnancy.
