Summary
This study tested whether a personalized digital education program could improve food literacy—knowing how to choose, prepare, and enjoy healthy food—in adults aged 65 and older. 120 participants were split into two groups to compare the tailored eHealth approach with standard information. The goal was to see if personalized digital tools help seniors build better eating habits and make safer food choices.
