Will warning labels or a 'Snack Tax' change What's in your shopping basket?
NCT ID NCT07339982
Summary
This study aims to understand how different food labels and price changes affect what people choose to buy. 600 UK adults will shop in a simulated online supermarket that looks like Tesco. Researchers will compare choices made under four different conditions: seeing new warning labels, seeing warning labels with higher prices for unhealthy items, seeing the current traffic-light labels with higher prices, or seeing the current labels with normal prices.
