Summary
This study is testing a 4-week educational workshop designed to help caregivers in families who struggle to get enough healthy food. Researchers want to see if the workshop improves a family's food security and the caregiver's knowledge and skills for accessing nutritious meals. Participants will attend weekly group sessions and complete surveys to measure any changes.
