New shot aims to tame dangerous food allergies

Summary
This study is testing a new long-acting injection called RPT904 to see if it can help people with food allergies. About 100 teens and adults allergic to foods like peanut, milk, or egg will receive the injection every 8 or 12 weeks or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the treatment allows participants to safely eat a small amount of their problem food without a serious allergic reaction.
