Summary
This study compares two standard chemotherapy treatments, FOLFOX-6 and CAPOX, in 248 adults aged 20-70 with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread after surgery. The goal is to see which regimen better controls the disease and causes fewer side effects like liver problems or severe diarrhea. Participants will be followed for 3 months to track cancer progression and treatment tolerability.
