First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This early-phase study tested a personalized vaccine made from patients' own white blood cells to treat advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. The vaccine was designed to help the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goal was to check safety and see if the vaccine triggers an immune response. Nineteen patients who had already undergone surgery and chemotherapy took part.
