Can simple stretches beat buttock pain? new study puts foam rollers to the test
NCT ID NCT07278193
Summary
This study aims to see if adding dynamic stretching to a foam rolling routine works better than foam rolling alone for people with piriformis syndrome, a condition causing buttock and leg pain. It will involve 40 adults aged 35-50 who have been diagnosed with the condition. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels and hip flexibility over an 8-week program to determine which approach is more effective.
