First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study is for people with advanced solid cancers that stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. It tests whether a fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) — transferring healthy gut bacteria from a donor — combined with the drug nivolumab can shrink tumors. About 50 participants will receive the treatment to see if it restores the immune system's ability to fight cancer.
