Summary

This study tests whether transplanting healthy gut bacteria (fecal microbiota transplantation) can help people with lung injury caused by sepsis. Sepsis is a severe infection that can damage the lungs, and current treatments are limited. The trial will enroll 60 adults and measure oxygen levels, survival, and hospital stay length.
