Summary
This study tests whether transplanting healthy gut bacteria (fecal microbiota) can reduce autism symptoms in children aged 3-16 with moderate-to-severe autism. 75 children will receive the transplant either through a tube into the small intestine or via colonoscopy, or a placebo. The main goal is to see if symptoms improve after 24 weeks, with safety tracked for 48 weeks.
