NCT ID NCT07331012
Summary
This study aims to learn if a special type of exercise equipment called a flywheel is better than traditional dumbbells for training young basketball players. Researchers will compare two groups of 18 healthy male players, aged 10-18, over eight weeks. They will measure basketball skills, muscle oxygen levels, and feelings of fatigue to see which training method works best.
