Glowing dye could help surgeons cut cancer more precisely

Summary
This study is testing whether a fluorescent dye given by IV before surgery can help surgeons better see and remove all cancer cells during an operation for extramammary Paget's disease of the vulva. Researchers want to see if using the dye reduces the chance that cancer cells are left behind at the surgical edges. They will also monitor for any side effects from the dye and see if it reveals areas that cannot be safely operated on.
