Summary
This study aims to find the best way to encourage healthcare workers in China to get their annual flu shot. Researchers will test if sending reminder messages or having supportive phone conversations increases vaccination rates. The trial will involve over 4,000 workers across many community hospitals. The goal is to protect workers and their patients from the flu.
