Summary
This early-phase study is testing whether combining two targeted drugs (gilteritinib plus ivosidenib or enasidenib) is safe and helpful for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to treatment. The participants have specific gene changes (FLT3 and IDH1 or IDH2). The main goal is to find the best dose with the fewest side effects, and then see how well the combination works.
