First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving parents of C-section babies personalized gut health reports and advice can improve their infant's gut bacteria and reduce early signs of allergies like eczema. Researchers will compare three groups: one gets full guidance, another gets basic tips, and a control group gets no results until the end. The goal is to see if this approach can safely support healthier development in 250 infants over 24 months.
