Can a simple band match expert hands for athlete shoulders?

NCT ID NCT07192003

Summary

This study aims to see if using a compressive elastic band (Flossband) works as well as a hands-on physical therapy technique to immediately improve shoulder movement in volleyball players. Researchers will test 36 healthy athletes, measuring their shoulder range of motion, performance on throwing tests, and their own feeling of movement smoothness right after one session of either treatment. The goal is to provide evidence for effective, quick strategies to help athletes move better and potentially reduce injury risk.
