New band technique tested against standard therapy for athlete shoulders
NCT ID NCT07192003
Summary
This study compares two techniques to improve shoulder mobility in volleyball players. Researchers will test whether a newer method using a compressive elastic band (Floss Band) works as well as an established manual therapy technique. Thirty-six healthy volleyball athletes will receive one treatment and have their shoulder movement and performance measured before and immediately after.
