Summary

This study tested a special 'flipped' education program for 80 adults with jaundice caused by cancer who had a tube placed to drain bile. The program taught patients before they left the hospital, and results showed it improved their readiness to go home and their ability to care for themselves. The goal was to make the transition from hospital to home smoother and improve quality of life.
