Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week ankle stretching program can improve how high teen athletes can jump. Researchers will compare ankle stretching to shoulder stretching in 40 athletes who are already in a sports program. The goal is to see if simple flexibility exercises can boost jumping performance.
