New Mind-Body approach tested for common foot problem
NCT ID NCT07229079
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a type of body awareness therapy to standard foot-strengthening exercises helps adults with flexible flat feet. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combined therapy or just the exercises for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in foot shape, balance, pain, and walking ability to see if the mind-body approach offers extra benefits.
