Can wrapping your calf or massaging it help flat feet pain?
NCT ID NCT06707844
Summary
This study compared two hands-on physical therapy techniques—tissue flossing (using compression bands) and myofascial release (a type of massage)—to see which one better helps young adults with flexible flat feet. Forty-four participants, aged 18-25, received one of the treatments over several weeks. Researchers measured changes in foot pain, ankle flexibility, arch height, and balance to determine which approach was more effective for managing symptoms.
