Summary
This study is testing if a gel called Flaminal Forte can help prevent and treat episiotomy wounds from breaking open after childbirth. It involves two parts: treating women whose wounds have already broken down, and preventing breakdown in others. The goal is to see if the gel improves healing and reduces pain compared to standard care.
