First patients test experimental cancer drug in hope for new treatment
NCT ID NCT06130722
Summary
This was the first human study of a new experimental drug called FL115 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal was to find a safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug. Researchers tested increasing doses in 18 patients to check for side effects and see if the drug showed any early signs of helping control the cancer.
