New hope drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat cancers
NCT ID NCT07131189
Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug called FL115 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The study will enroll about 30 people whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard treatments. Researchers will first test increasing doses to check for side effects and then expand the study to learn more about how the drug works in the body and if it shows any signs of fighting the cancer.
