This study looked at whether using a Fitbit fitness tracker helps adults with cystic fibrosis exercise more regularly and improve their exercise tolerance over one year. Forty participants wore the device and their activity and lung function were tracked. The goal was to see if simple wearable technology could encourage a more active lifestyle and better fitness.
