Summary

This study aims to find the best treatment duration for children with anal fistulas. Researchers are comparing whether keeping a special drainage device (called a seton) in place for 4 weeks or 12 weeks works better to prevent the fistula from coming back. The goal is to help children heal properly while minimizing discomfort and treatment time.
