Summary

This study tests whether a special fish skin graft (Kerecis SurgiClose) can help close anal fistulas and stop draining wounds. About 20 adults with cryptoglandular fistulas will receive the graft and be checked at 6 months for healing. The goal is to see if this natural material offers a new way to manage this condition.
