NCT ID NCT07247149
Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called FirstFocus, designed to help prevent stress and mental health issues in rural first responders like firefighters and EMTs. The app uses short, daily attention-training exercises to help manage stress during shifts and improve overall wellbeing. Researchers will enroll 80 eligible first responders to see if the app is easy to use and effective at reducing stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms.
