Summary
This was the first human trial of a new oral medication called MSP008-22, designed to fight advanced cancers. The study tested single, increasing doses in 7 patients with late-stage solid tumors to check if the drug was safe and how the body processed it. The goal was to gather initial safety data to see if the drug could move forward into larger studies.
