First human test for new pill begins

NCT ID NCT07185113

Summary

This is a very early, first-in-human study to see how the body processes a single dose of an experimental oral medication called GEn-1124. It will involve 6 healthy male volunteers who will take the pill once and stay in a clinic for 2 days of monitoring, with follow-up calls. The main goals are to check basic safety and measure how long the drug stays in the blood.
