Summary
This was the first study to give the experimental oral drug KT-621 to people. Its main goal was to check if the drug is safe and how the body absorbs and processes it. The study involved 118 healthy adult volunteers who received either the drug or a placebo. Researchers measured side effects and how the drug moved through the body at different dose levels.
