Summary
This study tests if a 9-month lifestyle coaching program (individual and group sessions) helps obese male firefighters lose weight and improve health compared to usual care. 50 firefighters with a BMI of 30 or higher will join. The program focuses on diet, exercise, and sleep to reduce obesity-related risks.
